NOTICE OF PUBLIC TESTING OF VOTING EQUIPMENT
The pre-election testing of voting machines and vote counting equipment to be used in the Primary Election scheduled for Tuesday, August 2, 2022 will be held in the Commission Chambers of the Marion County Courthouse, Marion, Kansas on the following dates and times in accordance with K.S.A. 25-4610:
Equipment to be used for early voting will be tested Friday, July 15, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
Equipment to be used on Election Day will be tested Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.
A post-election test will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the same location.
These tests are open to the public.
